Domaine Dugat-Py

From their 11th Century cellars in Gevrey, Bernard and Jocelyne Dugat and their son, Loïc, turn out some of the finest wines of the Cote d'Or. Dugat's low yielding, organically farmed old vines are picked as soon as they are ripe, in order to retain freshenss and are fermented with stems. They produce dark and full bodied wines, which need a good 6-8 years in the cellar before they start to show at their best and are built to last much longer.
