Olivier Bernstein is a leading light amongst the exciting, emerging micro-negociant scene in Burgundy.

A brief stage under the legendary Henri Jayer, has proven highly influential in his winemaking. He sources from plots of 60-80 year old, low yielding vines, in the very best sites. The wines undergo a high proportion of whole bunch fermentation, with around 50-60% of the stems included. They are aged in carefully selected 100% new oak.
