In contrast to the reductive funk displayed by its two stable mates here the highly expressive nose offers up notes of various Asian spices, red currant and plenty of floral character. There is a lovely sense of tension to the precise and intensely mineral-driven flavors that exhibit a distinctly restrained, even understated finish that delivers notably better depth on the impressively long finish.
