Highly complex aromatics of sea spray, struck flint, Nori seaweed, and fragrant jasmine. Yuzu and green almonds follow. Vibrant orange and pomelo zest burst onto the vibrant palate, with an underlying core of ripe pear and peach stone. This is one of those wines which has many of the characteristics of a sweet wine, whilst remaining bone dry. There’s surprising richness and flesh. A sensation of honey and ripe apricot, with counterpoint salinity. Great length and thoroughly stimulating to the last.

Unfiltered, unfined, pure free run juice, direct from the barrel. La Gitana En Rama is made only from grapes grown in the highest quality vineyads: Balbaina and Miraflores. This makes the wine more intense and complex. The idea is to taste the Sherry almost as if you had visited the bodega in Spain and dipped your glass into the barrel.
